1. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
a. Follow the links and instructions to enter and submit your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, telephone number (optional), and a valid email address in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of Lone Star Literary Life and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Lone Star Literary Life. Lone Star Literary Life’s computer is the official time keeping device for the contest. Lone Star Literary Life is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
b. Contest entry is limited to ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the United States of America. Employees of Lone Star Literary Life, MediaGarden, and participating sponsors/promotional partners, and the members of their immediate families and or households are ineligible to participate or win.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Contest administered by Lone Star Literary Life, and winners may only win once every 30-day period.
c. Entrants are required to provide truthful information, and Lone Star Literary Life will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Lone Star Literary Life will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and Lone Star Literary Life will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
d. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS
a. Decisions of Lone Star Literary Life management with respect to the Contest are final.
b. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.
c. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable and the potential winner cannot be contacted, then the potential winner forfeits the prize.
4. CONDITIONS
a. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
b. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Lone Star Literary Life.
f. Lone Star Literary Life is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
g. Where Contest is communicated or promoted via social media or electronic newsletter outlets, such social media or outlets hold no responsibility regarding Contest or its administration.
